Every Holding Steady guide is a digital PDF delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the full content is accessible immediately and the file itself cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.
Before you buy, each guide's product page includes a full table of contents and a "who this is for" section so you know exactly what's inside before you check out. If you have a question about whether a guide is right for your situation, reach out to us before purchasing and we're glad to help you decide.
If something goes wrong with delivery
If you never received your download link, or the file won't open, that's on us to fix, not a refund situation. Contact us and we'll make sure you get a working copy of your guide.
Bundles
The same all-sales-final policy applies to bundles. Because bundles are already discounted against buying guides individually, we're unable to offer partial refunds for guides within a bundle you decide you don't need.
